What they told you, beside what their own data supports
A counterparty’s stated collection rate is the seller’s estimate of the thing being priced.
Every claimed figure is stored as claimed, with who said it and when, and never as a measurement. Beside it sits the figure derived from the counterparty’s own export — with the maturity treatment and the denominator named, because a lifetime ratio over a growing book understates recovery and rewards decline. Where the coverage is too thin to rebut, the difference is reported as absent rather than as zero.
