A person reads it and replies — someone who can answer an architecture question. No sequence, no drip, no form acknowledgement.

Please do not send protected health information, client files or anything covered by a duty you owe someone else. We do not need it to have this conversation.

What happens next

    A person reads it — someone who can answer an architecture question rather than route you to someone who can.

  2. Two

    We run a worked valuation on a synthetic matter shaped like yours. Nothing of yours leaves your building.

  3. Three

    You tell us whether the answer is one you would have signed. If it is not, that is a useful afternoon for both of us and there is no invoice for it.

What to put in it

  • What you underwrite, in your own words — the asset, the counterparty, the thing that decides whether you get paid.
  • Roughly how many files a month reach a human, and how long one takes to read properly.
  • Which of the four readings your desk is currently missing: the medicine, the law, the counterparty, or the money.
