A thin cohort produces a range and no price. Refusing is a feature, and it is enforced in the schema.
Six comparables and two hundred comparables must not look the same on screen. A mark that cannot be priced is recorded as indicative, carries no band, recommends no advance, and is excluded from book value rather than assumed to zero. The database refuses to store a priced mark without a band, so the honesty is structural rather than a matter of anyone remembering.
