EliAI MRF · Generally available

Capital moves on evidence.

Eli is the Digital Employee for finance. He reads the whole file — the medicine, the law, the counterparty and the money — prices it against comparable settled matters, cites every number he produces, and refuses to price what the evidence will not carry.

Generally available

Running in production on the full lifecycle, not a pilot and not a design partnership.

Every number sourced

Each figure names the comparable it came from. An uncited digit is quarantined before it reaches a verdict.

It refuses to guess

A thin cohort produces a range and no price. The database will not store a priced mark without a band.

Reconstructable

The cohort, the query, the pinned engine and the seed are recorded. Marks are superseded, never overwritten.

Isometric diagram: four differently built specialist units reading from dedicated source feeds, converging on a fifth consolidating element with traceable output
Four specialists read every file. The fifth composes what they found and may not add a finding of its own.

The product

Four specialists read every file. Nobody averages them.

A general-purpose model with a finance prompt gives you one reading in four voices. Eli gives you four readings, each owned by a specialist who may not opine outside their axes.

Medicine

Chiron

Is the treatment defensible and are the charges collectable as billed?

Law

Justine

Is the security enforceable, and who is prosecuting the matter?

The counterparty

Issac

Who pays this, how do they behave, and is there room under the policy?

Capital

Eli

What is it worth today, when does it pay, and does it fit the book?

When they disagree, it widens the band rather than being averaged away.

The eight properties every edition has

Who it is for

Three people have to believe a mark before it is worth anything.

The principal

You sign, and you carry the mark. You need a reason to believe a number before you fund against it.

Positions that re-mark themselves on every event, and a valuation you can re-derive in front of a committee years later.

The underwriting desk

You read files nobody at the desk is qualified to read end to end. The arithmetic is the last five minutes of a week.

Four specialist readings on every file, attributed, allowed to disagree, with the evidence attached.

Audit and the trustee

You are asked to stand behind a valuation somebody else struck, on evidence you did not see.

An append-only trail, controls enforced in the ledger rather than in the process, and a deletion certificate that names what survives.

Pricing

Licensed to institutions. Scoped to your book.

Not sold by the seat. A quote is built from the shape of your book and the readings you need, and it lands on a statement of work — a price quoted before anyone has seen your book is a guess with a currency symbol in front of it. The eight factors that set it are published.

What shapes a quoteGet a number

  • Priced on book size and the files that reach a human, not on seats.
  • The four readings are separable — buy the ones your desk is missing.
  • Pilot, single desk or fund-wide, with the pilot rate stated up front.
  • Multi-tenant or a dedicated deployment in a named region. Same controls.

Bring Eli a file you already know the answer to.

Tell us what your desk underwrites. We will run a worked valuation on a matter of that kind — synthetic, so nothing of yours leaves your building — and you tell us whether the answer is one you would have signed.

A person reads it and replies. No sequence, no drip, no form acknowledgement.
