The words we use
Two of these are the mistakes an outside writer makes by default.

The product is an operating system that acts, with visible tool calls and an audit trail. The wrong words describe a different category of software.
Agentic AI
AGI · artificial general intelligence
A claim about general intelligence is one this company does not make.
Eve-Finance F5/reasoner
the name of any foundation model
Which models the composition uses is not published. The composition is the engineering; naming its parts would describe the product as a wrapper.

Ava
“Ava” is a legacy legal-entity name and is not used in any customer-facing context.
Generally available
in market · commercially available
MRF is generally available. Neither of the other two phrases is accurate today, and the distinction is availability versus a customer engagement.
