Refunds & disputes

1. Refund eligibility

• Fees are non-refundable. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the period you select. We do not refund partial periods, unused time, or unused seats, and fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this policy or as required by applicable law.
• Cancel to stop future charges. You can cancel at any time to prevent the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for (see our Cancellation Policy ).
• If we discontinue a paid product. If we withdraw a paid product you are subscribed to, we refund the unused portion of any prepaid period on a pro-rata basis.
• Institutional licenses. Refunds for institutional or enterprise agreements are governed by the applicable order form or customer agreement, which controls over this page.
• Required by law. Nothing here limits a refund or cancellation right you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

2. Requesting a refund under this policy

If you believe a refund is due under this policy or under applicable law, email {ENTITY.billingEmail} from the address on your account with your account details and the reason for the request. Where a refund is due, we issue it to your original payment method through our payment processor within 5–10 business days; your bank may take additional time to post the credit.

3. Billing disputes

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us first at {ENTITY.billingEmail} — a billing error is usually something we can correct faster than a card dispute can. If you open a dispute or chargeback, we will respond with our transaction records. Dispute resolution is otherwise subject to the arbitration and governing-law provisions of our Terms of Use .

4. Changes to this policy

Purchases made before the effective date shown above are governed by the version of this policy in effect at the time of the purchase.
