Privacy Policy
Effective September 8, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Eve-Finance, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MindHYVE.ai, Inc. (a Nevada corporation), together with its parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively, “Eve-Finance,” “MindHYVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes information in connection with eligrid.ai and any related web properties operated by us (collectively, the “Site”). This Policy applies solely to the Site as a marketing and informational property. It does not apply to the EliAI™ Clinical Decision Support (“EliAI CDS”) or EliAI™ Occupational Medicine (“EliAI OM”) software-as-a-service applications, which are governed by their own customer agreements and privacy terms.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly. When you submit the structured intake form on our Contact page, the form contents are transmitted to a MindHYVE-operated endpoint hosted on Azure Static Web Apps Managed Functions, which forwards the submission to MindHYVE’s inbox via Azure Communication Services. Fields collected: name, business email address, organization name, role, edition of interest, use-case description, procurement context, and any other information you choose to include. The form is intended for institutional procurement and partnership inquiries; it is not designed for personal or clinical health information, and we ask that none be included.
2.2 Information collected automatically. When you access the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect technical information including IP address, device and browser identifiers, operating system, referring and exit URLs, pages viewed, dates and times of access, approximate geographic location derived from IP address, and other diagnostic data. This is collected via server logs, cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies.
2.3 Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from third parties, including business contact providers, analytics partners, advertising platforms, and individuals who reference you in communications to us (for example, when a colleague includes your name in a partnership inquiry).
2.4 Information we do not collect. We do not collect protected health information (“PHI”) through the Site. The Site is a marketing surface and is not designed to receive, process, or store PHI. If you submit PHI to us through the Site, you do so at your own risk; we will delete such information upon discovery to the extent practicable. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under the age of 18.
We collect the following categories of information.
3. How We Use Information
- to respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- to evaluate, develop, and improve the Site, our products, and our services (including by aggregating and de-identifying data);
- to communicate with you about MindHYVE products, partnerships, and events, subject to your consent where required by law;
- to detect, investigate, prevent, and respond to security incidents, fraud, unauthorized access, and other malicious or unlawful activity;
- to comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to lawful government requests and enforcing our terms and policies;
- to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- for analytics, market research, and to understand how visitors engage with the Site; and
- for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection.
We use information for the following purposes:
4. AI Disclosures
- Your data stays in your tenant. The EliAI MRF application operates on a multi-tenant architecture in which each customer's data is isolated to that customer's tenant by Row-Level Security policies enforced at the database layer. A query issued without a tenant context returns nothing rather than the wrong rows.
- No customer data is used for training. By construction. There is no training and no fine-tuning in this product. Valuation is grounded in retrieval over a corpus of comparable settled matters; no customer data is absorbed into model weights, and none is used to train any proprietary or third-party model.
- Generative AI disclosure. Where any communication we send to you contains content generated or substantially generated by artificial intelligence, we will disclose that fact in accordance with applicable law.
- Decision authority. Our products are decision-support systems. Substantive financial, legal and other professional decisions are made by the human professionals using our products.
- Identification. Our AI specialists are AI specialists. They are not licensed professionals, and we do not represent them as such.
MindHYVE develops and operates Agentic AI Operating Systems. As they relate to this Site:
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, measure performance, and analyze usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or disabling cookies may affect certain Site features. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where required.
6. Disclosure of Information
- Affiliates and corporate group. Among MindHYVE, our parent, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities, for purposes consistent with this Policy.
- Service providers and processors. Vendors that process information on our behalf — including hosting, analytics, communications, customer relationship management, and security service providers — under appropriate contractual protections.
- Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, auditors, and other advisors, under duties of confidentiality.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, or sale of all or a portion of our assets.
- Legal compliance and protection. Where we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or lawful governmental request; to enforce our terms or policies; to detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the rights, property, safety, or interests of MindHYVE, our customers, our users, or others.
- With your consent. For any other purpose disclosed to you, subject to your consent where required.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances:
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not engage in “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
7. Your Rights
7.1 California residents. If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CCPA”) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (“CMIA”) where applicable. These include the rights to know, access, correct, delete, and limit the use of certain personal information, and to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@mindhyve.ai. We will verify your request before responding.
7.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If you are in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), the UK GDPR, or applicable Swiss law, including rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing, and rights against solely automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. Our legal bases for processing typically include consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests (where overridden interests do not apply), and compliance with legal obligations. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Contact us at hello@mindhyve.ai to exercise these rights.
7.3 Other jurisdictions. We honor data subject rights provided under other applicable laws, including state consumer privacy laws in the United States, to the extent they apply.
8. International Transfers
MindHYVE is based in the United States and operates infrastructure in multiple regions. Information we collect may be processed in and transferred to jurisdictions outside of your country of residence, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, and equivalent mechanisms.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, and to maintain accurate records. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
10. Security
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, and destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is, however, entirely secure. We cannot and do not guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where applicable). If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
12. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy notices before providing information.
13. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Most web browsers offer Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. We currently do not respond to DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signals to the extent required by applicable law.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will revise the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (such as a notice on the Site). Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
