Acceptable use

1. Prohibited uses

• violate any law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others;
• generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content, or misrepresent AI-generated output where disclosure is required;
• compromise security — including unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, circumventing usage limits, or interfering with the Services;
• use the Services or their output to train, evaluate, or improve a competing AI system; or
• submit data you lack the right or consent to submit.

2. High-risk uses

EliAI™ provides decision support. Its outputs must not be used as the sole basis for a funding, pricing, purchase, or other capital decision without review by a qualified person who remains responsible for that decision. Where a comparable cohort is too thin to support a price, EliAI records the position as indicative and recommends no advance; that output must not be overridden into a price by a user of the Site.

Sensitive personal information, including clinical records associated with an underlying matter, may be processed only under the applicable customer agreement and any data-processing terms executed with it.

3. Export controls and sanctions

The Services are provided from the United States and are subject to U.S. export-control and economic-sanctions laws, including the Export Administration Regulations and regulations administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). By using the Services, you represent that you are not located in, or a national of, a comprehensively sanctioned country or region, you are not on any U.S. restricted-party list, and you will not export or use the Services in violation of those laws.

4. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access. Serious violations may be reported to authorities.
